Summary:
The Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to the organization. - Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and understand business operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- CFA or CPA certification (preferred).
